4 - fill all voids with rock, wall to 7 feet.
5 - add one additional concrete unit for walls 8-9 feet.
6 - add fourth unit for walls to 10 feet.
7 - start stacking for desired height and soil conditions. fill all voids with rock. 

8 - for walls up to 7 feet stand and fill additional courses based on wall height.
9 - Walls 8 to 10 feet stack and fill each level.
10 - continue stacking courses for the desired height.
​11 - block-bridge units fill and compact each layer up the wall.
12 - stack and fill to desired height.
